But, you should remember that condos actually lose some value within the first few years. If you're looking for something a little more unique than a pre-construction property than you may want to consider designing and building your own home. This is a choice that's being made more and more by people who are just not finding what they are looking for with the available Mississauga or Oakville luxury homes for sale. It is also a great way of saving some money for those that do not need to move into their home right away. But you should remember that you will need to put in a lot of your own time to make sure your property is built right and the way you want it.
